The small tie rod on the compensator is only used for transportation, installation and "cold tightening". After installation, it must be removed. 2. When the angular deformation of compensator is large or the working pressure of the system is high, the recommended product should be "cold-tightened" during installation, usually 50% or 100%. The advantages of cold tightening are mainly to improve the working stability of expansion joints and pipelines. JJL single hinge type bellows compensator/expansion joint consists of nozzle, bellows and a pair of hinges connected with nozzle. It can only absorb the angular displacement of a single plane. Two or three angular expansion joints should be combined to absorb displacement. The hinge of expansion joint has the ability to withstand internal pressure thrust. Compensator is mainly used to ensure the safe operation of pipeline, which has the following functions: 1. Single hinge corrugated compensator compensates the thermal deformation of absorption pipeline in axial, transverse and angular directions. 2. The expansion of the corrugated compensator facilitates the installation and disassembly of the valve pipeline. 3.
